The day started at 6am with the committee putting the cones out around Chard, minus the photographer who was still in bed!
How-ever he made down at 8am for a free breakfast

The Guild Hall by 8.30 was getting busy
The trophies all laid out for tonight, with the lovely flowers supplied by Cornerways
9am sees the committee move to Manor Court school to get ready for the Children's carnival.
Mia by 0930 had all the trophies laid out ready to go.
10:30am - A quick check on the Carnival Royalty at Styles Hair Dressers
On the way back - I run into these three
10:45am - Manor court is full.

It is now 7.45 pm - Carnival has began
