ZEM CC @ Chard Carnival 2021

ZEM CC were proud to be part of the procession in Chard on Saturday night. We are a Chard based family Club who take part in processions across Somerset and Devon. Our entry, Les Miserables was inspired by our love of the music, we re-used existing costumes and re-cycled other clothing for our outfits, we were pleased with the effect! We are looking forward to the 2022 season!

We are a field gun display team based in Poole Dorset.
We run the Royal Naval Field Gun, and our two trainers have been trained by the no. 1 Portsmouth trainer.

Supporting local groups, Chard Evolution

Chard evolution

Chard Evolution welcome anyone aged four and over. We participate in many annual community events such as fetes and carnivals as well as charity competitions.

In 2020 the pandemic brought everyone closer together in many different ways. We helped with a community project within one of our local nursing homes- the Poppy Appeal involved making poppies for Oaklodge Care Home. We are very proud to have been able to do this and help when times were tough.
