Jason Baker chair of chard carnival committee said “I am really proud to be part of the great team that have run 2 amazing events in one day, the street fayre had over 50 stalls and saw hundreds of people shopping and enjoying the entertainment. The evening brought a fantastic parade with over 60 entries, it was fantastic to see carnival returning and entertaining the thousands of people that came and lined the streets, we need to support the clubs that took part and keep this amazing tradition alive for years to come”
